Bhaskar Kumar is a Business Design Strategist and the Founder of Before The Logo — a brand strategy and creative studio built on the idea that every brand begins long before its logo.

Educated in Milan, Italy, Bhaskar draws from the country’s timeless design philosophy — where aesthetics meet intention, and creativity is guided by clarity. His Italian design sensibility brings a balance of strategy, emotion, and elegance to every project he leads.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning physics, computer applications, finance, and business design, he combines analytical structure with creative storytelling to help brands find their voice, shape their narrative, and build meaningfully.
